ESPIRITO ORIGINAL - Center of Excellence
Arrack usually refers to the oldest named spirit made from the sap of the coconut flower, the Spirit of Ceylon. However, less well known is Batavian Arrack, also known as Punsch, originating from Indonesia. Having mastered Ceylon Arrack, the Centre of Excellence will begin work on this and other etymologically related spirits such as Arrak, Raki, and Araq to create ‘new’ and exciting products.
